1.How
do I receive timesheets?
Timesheet information can be accessed in real time by logging
into the eziTracker™ Net service on the Internet, or by having
the service directly interface with your existing systems.
2.Do
I need lots of telephones?
No, providing there is
a single telephone within reach of where your employees will
be working.
3.Can
we use mobile phones?
Certainly. But remember,
current technology does not enable you to identify physically
where the call is coming from (other than the number of the
mobile phone).

4.What
happens if staff log in from home or some other phone?
All authorised work sites
are registered with eziTracker™. If a call is received
from an unknown site, this is reported to our customer who can
then discuss this with the employee concerned. Similarly, if
a staff member logs in at an authorised site but logs out elsewhere
we report this as a mismatched log out.
5.We
only employ 5 people.
eziTracker™ is suited
to all sizes of organisation, from a single employee to many
thousands. There is not upper or lower limit, and costs are
relative to the number of people using the system.
6.Can
eziTracker™ link directly to our payroll system?
Yes, eziTracker™ can generate
a payroll file that may be imported into your existing payroll
system.
