Managers Strategy for Growth
Software development and services consultancy, Technology Managers, have unveiled ambitious plans for growth over the next two years.
Since it's formation in 1997 by Managing Director Martin Slowey, the consultancy has grown steadily and has established an impressive and solid client base. With a predominant focus on the domiciliary care industry, Technology Managers have had major contract successes with a number of councils, local authorities and leading independent domiciliary care providers.
To date, the consultancy has operated in many different business streams including software development and IT application support. However, the new strategy for growth centres around one of the company's biggest successes, TeleScheduler™ Care and eziTracker™.
The success has been phenomenal with clients in the US, Australia and throughout the UK. As Martin Slowey explains:
"For many of our clients, TeleScheduler™ Care and eziTracker™ represents a whole new way of doing business. Apart from the obvious benefits of significantly reduced administration, feedback has shown that approval at proposal/ tender stage and invoicing has been speeded up with a dramatic reduction in the number of disputes over time sheet records. In fact, some clients are now using this service as a key differentiator when marketing their services or looking to attract investment."
Technology Managers has already seen a dramatic increase in sales activity over the past year and has set ambitious targets for growth which the consultancy hope to achieve through a recent significant investment in the business by Scottish Enterprise.
As a mark of the consultancy's growing ambition, Technology Managers have announced the appointment of Lesley McPherson to the new role of Executive Assistant and Graham Douglas as Software Developer.
Lesley, who will be instrumental in the running of the consultancy, joins Technology Managers having spent seven years in a similar position with Imajica. Graham Douglas joins to further strengthen the research and development team as software developer and brings with him seven years experience.
At the time of this news going to press, Technology Managers
have confirmed that a further three appointments are set to
follow within the next two months. |
